Is weed legal in Minnesota?

Recreational marijuana use is not yet legal in the state of Minnesota, though it currently does hold a reduced criminal status. In our eyes, that’s usually a positive sign of things to come. When it started in 2014, then-governor Mark Dayton was heavily opposed to the program, and acted against it by restricted what ailments were covered as well as gouging the price in order to keep the user base low. Thankfully, that is not the case today, though the state unfortunately only allows for marijuana extracts to be sold, and not marijuana flower. That’s where we come in! But hold on, is that even legal? Due to federal restrictions, legal states are prohibited from exporting their cultivated marijuana crops anywhere, even into other legal states.
