I’ve tried a buncha strains to treat my anxiety and PTSD and I would recommend 24K gold for that kind of medical use. Maybe not the best for recreational, as it can be a little overpowering or sedating. But if I’m having an attack (which can be really scary—for me and my husband) a few puffs of this (usually from a bong) and I calm down enough to function.

Not the easiest indoor grow, but worth it. I needed to keep the plant topped and had to do some extra stressing to get it to grow laterally instead of vertically, but the temps and humidity in my grow room are pretty dialed in already for similar strains so that wasn’t an issue.
