Returns and Refunds Policy
To give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us, we guarantee to refund any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. If your order is NOT returned to us, lost in transit, or seized for any reason, we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.
An address error is not covered by our shipping policy.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
Pacific Seed Bank takes every precaution to ensure your products are inspected individually and packed safely before they leave our facilities. Our seeds packaging has the tensile strength of 30-50 MPa, allowing it to withstand minimum 1000lbs of crushing. Therefore in most cases it is not possible for the seeds to be damaged during shipping or transit unless it was mishandled (e.g. run over by a truck or forklift).
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to return the goods as per our returns policy.
For damaged goods, your replacement products will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.
