At Pacific Seed Bank, we make providing our customers with superior quality marijuana seeds our top priority. Second to that? Your satisfaction. Not happy with your order? We’ll refund it.
We do our best to accommodate every customer request, and what we can to ensure that everyone is pleased with the outcome of each transaction. In order for your purchase to be eligible for a refund, we do require that you read and comply with the Return Policy we have listed below.
We aren’t under obligation to accept a return or provide a refund if the below outlined terms have not been satisfied.
How to Return Your Order
Pacific Seed Bank will accept a return of marijuana seeds purchased through our website up to seven (7) days after your order has been delivered.
In order to get the ball rolling, you must in advance of returning your products if you wish to begin the return process – please do not ship products back to our headquarters until you have received a confirmation of your return from our customer service department, who will provide you with a specific mailing address used solely for returned orders. Please do not return products to the main office addresses listed on our website.
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been returned to our warehouse without confirmation.
To guarantee your refund is processed, we advise you opt to track your package to ensure its safe delivery and receipt to our warehouse. Pacific Seed Bank will not accept responsibility for packages that have been damaged or lost in transit.
How to Get a Refund
Some clients will return marijuana seeds that have not germinated to be replaced with a product that is viable, taking advantage of our 90% Germination Guarantee.
If you would prefer that Pacific Seed Bank simply issue a refund in the amount paid, we will be more than happy to accommodate. As soon as our warehouse has confirmed receipt of your returned order, Pacific Seed Bank will issue a refund for the amount owed in the same method as the original payment was made (i.e. if your order was originally purchased on a credit card, the same amount will be refunded to that card.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to our warehouse.
