At Pacific Seed Bank, we make providing our customers with superior quality marijuana seeds our top priority. And we do our best to accommodate every request to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. In order for your purchase to be eligible for a refund, we do require that you read and comply with the Return Policy we have listed below.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or provide a refund if the terms outlined below have not been satisfied.

  1. You may return your order within seven (7) days after your order has been delivered.
  2. Contact us to begin the return process – please do not ship products back to our headquarters until you have received a confirmation of your return from our customer service department, who will provide you with a specific mailing address used solely for returned orders. Please do not return products to the office address listed on our website.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been returned to our warehouse without confirmation.
  4. To ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner, we strongly advise you to track your package with delivery confirmation.
  5. Pacific Seed Bank will not accept responsibility for packages that have been damaged or lost in transit.
  6. Pacific Seed Bank is not obligated to re-ship orders that cannot be delivered unless it’s due to natural disasters or force majeure. Which includes no mail receptacle or unclaimed.
  7. All refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment was made (i.e. if your order was originally purchased on a credit card, the same amount will be refunded to that card.)
  8. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to our warehouse.
  9. Shipping costs are not subject to refunds.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

Pacific Seed Bank takes every precaution to ensure delivery of your orders and successful germination. Germination and other issues can and do happen especially since seeds are organic and germinate into living organisms. We only work with breeders who stand behind their product, and whom we trust, so if a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace the seeds for you.

Exchange Process

  1. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.
  3. If you would like us to send the replacement products prior to receiving your returned goods, we will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur.
  4. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

As of 03/25/2022 all seed replacements will come in the form of store credits, and will be calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at the time of purchase.

Please review the following Germination Replacement Policy to understand the process and how to initiate a claim:

  1. Please allow 7-10 days for the seeds to germinate before contacting us. Breeders require you to follow breeder protocol to qualify for a replacement should an issue arise.
  2. Germination is a very delicate process and can easily go wrong at no fault of the seed or the breeder.
  3. Always buy 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. A 90% germination rate is reasonable and expected, and we will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 89%.
  4. We replace seeds that have failed to germinate to eligible customers at our discretion.
  5. We do ask and expect you to be reasonable and fair. If you are consistently having germination issues across a wide range of breeders and strains, it is almost certainly not the seed’s fault, and we reserve the right to make that judgment call.
  6. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if an issue arises. Breeders only give us 30 days to report back issues because we have no control over the environment or conditions the seeds are stored in after they leave our facility. We hope you understand. We certainly try to be as fair and reasonable as possible, and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

In accordance with the law, all seeds sold by Pacific Seed Bank contain less than 0.3% THC, as such, they are legally defined as hemp seeds. They are exclusively sold to individuals 21+ years of age as souvenirs and collectibles only. It is imperative that you check your state and local laws before attempting to purchase seeds; Pacific Seed Bank is not liable for what you do with seeds after receiving them. Pacific Seed Bank reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
