Pacific Seed Bank has developed a loyal customer base across the globe, and while we’re happy to ship our marijuana seeds worldwide, we recommend our customers know the rules and regulations around purchasing and shipping marijuana seeds in their region. We cannot be held accountable for any legal issues that may arise due to your order.
Rate & Times
Please Note: We cannot guarantee shipping times during peak growing season and over holidays, as the number of orders we receive increases drastically, however, we’re always working tirelessly to get your orders out as quickly as possible!
We provide a flat fee for delivers depending on your country of residence. If you place a large order – over $500 – your shipping fee will be waived.
Delivery times may vary based on location and time of year; postal service delays are beyond our control and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to postal service negligence. Payments by Zelle (in the U.S.) can be processed immediately, and we can then begin preparing your order. Payment methods that require time for processing, such as credit cards, or deliver, in the case of payments by mail, will delay shipping times. We cannot ship your order until we have received payment.
While we try our best to ensure your order will arrive in top condition and on time, there will always be those circumstances that are beyond our control. Please get in touch with our customer service representatives (and take pictures if applicable) if your order is damaged upon arrival or fails to arrive after the latest predicted date.

Tracking Your Purchase

Know where your marijuana seeds are from the moment they leave our warehouse – all express orders from Pacific Seed Bank are accompanied by a tracking number to bring you peace of mind. We don’t require signature on delivery.
Once your order has been processed and shipped by Pacific Seed Bank, you’ll receive an email including your confirmation and tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel by simply visiting the website of your national postal service (i.e. USA orders are shipped by USPS).
A tracking number does not guarantee your order will arrive without a hitch, however, and we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If your ordered hasn’t arrived by the maximum shipping time noted above for your region, please contact your local postal service. If the postal service is unable to locate your package, the next step is to and our team will try to chase down your package for you.
It’s our policy to ship your marijuana seeds in their original air-tight packaging (usually a medical-grade glass vial), although in some cases we may need to remove the seeds in order to facilitate a secure delivery. If discreet shipping has been requested, all products will be delivered in padded parcels to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
For orders placed outside of the United States, we’re happy to offer additional privacy for your order with our unique stealth packaging at no extra charge.
Note that neither the name of our company nor the contents of the package will appear on the outside of the parcel, only the necessary postal service info, including addresses, stamps, and a tracking label.
