The strain is considered easy to grow even for first-time cultivators. Indoors, you are going to want to take into consideration that this plant grows tall and will require plenty of vertical space. Outdoors, you are going to want to leave space between your plants and your neighbors because of that super skunky aroma. They will be able to smell your plants if they aren’t contained in a greenhouse or given space to grow.
Dial in Your Growing Conditions
- Indoor or Outdoor: AK Auto marijuana can be grown indoors and outdoors by novice growers. The desired temperature for this strain is between 68-80 degrees Fahrenheit. This strain requires 18 hours of light during the vegetative stage. You do not need to change the light cycle to induce the flowering stage of growth. This strain will change stages on its own.
- Moisture control: Humidity levels of approximately 60-70% during the vegetative phase, gradually decreasing to 50-60% or slightly lower during the flowering stage. Getting the humidity levels correct will ensure that your plants don’t become moldy.

First time to grow this strain. I started my plants in a greenhouse in grow bags, then when the weather warmed up I moved them outside. Then it got freaking hot and stayed that way. My plants looked just like the photo on PSB web page. They withstood all the weather extremes from a cold start to hotter that heck finish. They finished with large flowers, heavy and crawling with red hair. Very sticky, with a moderate to strong smell. I just finished drying and putting it all up in mason jars. The smell is incredible. I tried a toke or two of some young bud and was impressed with the flavors and the high. It was an easy to grow strain. I stressed the heck out her, and bent branches to keep her low. She stood up to all the stress I could give her and recovered every time. I would recommend this strain to anyone and I will probably grow this one again.
