Low-Stress Training (LST) is the best method used to train these plants. LST is less stressful on the plant and the grower. This technique will help light reach all levels of the plant evenly, creating a well-balanced grow with huge buds growing from top to bottom. This technique will ultimately increase your yields come harvest time. Banana Diesel plants require an 18-20 hour light cycle to get them started and to get them through the vegetative stage. To induce the flowering stage of growth, you will need to change the light cycle to a 12/12 cycle. You can maintain this light cycle through to your harvest.
