My dream dispensary would have Blue dream, Jean Guy, Jillybean, Green Crack, Skywalker, Hindu Kush, Purple Urkle, Gorilla Glue #4, Caviar Kush and some strawberry Cough for some of the regular strains just to name a few. The dispensary would also sell clones and seeds of all of these strains so you have the ability to grow these from home aswell. Shadder bars are a huge must aswell. A brownie counter with every flavour (the equivalent of getting a Blizzard at DQ) another must is the ability to have growers on the clock that can go and deal with your plants. The same as someone coming over to cut your lawn, but this person comes to water and give your plants its own nutrients.
