Growing Tips for Amnesia Lemon Seeds
Amnesia Lemon seeds are hard to grow if you don’t have a ton of experience in cannabis cultivation. This strain prefers warmth, sunlight, and fresh air to thrive. This strain was originally grown in the Netherlands, but was initially grown indoors, so it should be a lot easier to dial in the perfect environment for healthy growth if you grow it indoors yourself. Indoor growers will need nutrient-rich soil, ample lighting, and the correct temperature and humidity to produce favorable yields. Outdoor growers with access to a greenhouse will have an easier time bringing this strain to harvest. If you don’t have access to a greenhouse, then you will need to carve out a window of good weather to bring this strain to fruition. Keep in mind that these plants have a strong aroma, so you will need to consider that when planning your outdoor grow, especially if you don’t want your neighbors to smell what you’re growing. These plants grow medium to tall, so you will need vertical and lateral space to give them the best chance at healthy growth. Providing a consistent temperature range of 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit and ensuring relative humidity levels stay around 40-50% during flowering are critical for optimal growth. Outdoor cultivation requires a warm, semi-humid climate with lots of sunlight to produce bud-rich plants. Use Low-stress training (LST), Sea of Green, and Screen of Green methods to help increase your yields come harvest time. These methods adjust the canopy of the plants so that each bud, from top to bottom, receives the right amount of light and fresh air to grow. These methods also help support larger buds so that the branches and stems of the plant don’t break under the weight of the nearly full-grown buds. In the vegetative stage, you should provide 18-20 hours of light each day. To induce the flowering stage of growth, you will need to change the light cycle to a 12/12 cycle. This will help produce high THC content buds.
Yields, Flowering Time, and Harvest
- Flowering Time: Growing indoors, you can expect the Amnesia Lemon strain to harvest after a flowering period of 60-70 days.
- Yields: While Indoor yields are around 550 grams per square meter, outdoor grows typically produce up to 600-700 grams per plant. These yields are absolutely massive and a great reward for all of the hard work it takes to bring this specific strain to harvest.
- Harvest: Grown outside, it should be ready to harvest towards the end of October.
Amnesia Lemon Terpenes: Fruity Citrus
The Amnesia Lemon terpene profile is directly responsible for how the plant smells and tastes, and the strong effects it has on its users. The most dominant terpene in this strain is myrcene, while ocimene and terpinolene are the secondary terpenes.
- Myrcene: Most Dominant – Often called the “Mother of all Terpenes”, myrcene gives cannabis its earthy and woody flavor and aroma.
- Ocimene: Secondary Terpene – Also found in mint, parsley, and basil, ocimene gives cannabis its sweet, fruity, and citrus aroma and flavors.
- Terpinolene: One in Ten – Dominant in about one in ten cannabis plants, ocimene gives weed its woody smell, combined with floral and citrus notes.

Fresh and flavorful, citrusy to the core, very sour!
10 seeds, more than enough, great for the whole family, can smoke out like 5 people comfortably for over a month. Fresh flower, sticky, developed in clusters, so colorful and bright. Easy on the eyes and nose, great addition to the garden. Makes a beautiful colorful addition to my garden bed.
